MAIN PREP
-adjust Yurt sides and bottom.  Mostly done?
-tablecloths on tables
-bring to yurt cushions and small tables
-bring to tables container of drinking water.  cups
-bring out a bin of tea cups
-pathway lights (Thomas)
-candles need batteries replaced
-draping of fabrics around the yurt
-snacks, fruit, dessert prep
-clean chairs around fire pit
-mowing privet for paths and other areas
-outhouse toilet seat needs cleaning with disinfectant / also supply check (toiletries)

-colored fabric weaving
-outdoor lights
-tarps and cushions
