3 p.m. Sacral chakra activation and exploration with Angelika
4 p.m. Line dance lessons with Lisa Konczal
5 p.m. Ceremonial cacao and Devotional Singing with Anna del Amor and Radha Rose
7 p.m. Healing sound bath with Jeremy Dalton
I am pleased to invite you to my 50th birthday bash! I am very excited that there will be several special guests offering their unique talents. Please see the tentative schedule with specific times down below.
Please don't bring me birthday presents! Instead I would ask you to give donations in support of "Nice to Meet You," Lisa Konczal's new, uplifting television show. We are very pleased that she will offering line dance lessons in various genres of music.

I am honored that Anna del Amor and Radha Rose will being offering a ceremonial cacao ceremony with devotional singing. Getting to know Anna has truly helped open my heart and I have been looking forward to Radha's offering for quite some time.
I am honored that Angelika will be offering a sacral chakra activation and exploration. This will include breath work, chanting, visualization and movement. Click *here* to learn more about Angelika.
I am honored that Dr. Nick Portolese and Dr. Tatiana Mark will be offering chiropractic adjustments! They are both big-hearted people with a special touch. You can check out their practice *here* and learn about what they have to offer and they will graciously receive any donations towards their offerings. (UPDATE: They are offering a pay what you can celebration for their new space on Friday April 28th.)
We will have food catered by Peter Narayan. I'm calling it Asian fusion because a man from Cuba is going to be making Korean BBQ :). There WILL be vegan options as well.
Dear future party guest, I am honored and blessed by your spirit and soul. I do hope that future you will enjoy yourself, find some healing, enjoy good food and company and don't forget to bring appropriate shoes for walking in the woods. Oh, and a yoga mat might be handy for the healing sound bath.
